Initial Consultation

During your first visit, our dentist will address your needs and conduct an oral examination. Since Invisalign is not for everyone, our dentist will determine if you qualify for this treatment.

Your Treatment Plan

Once you are deemed eligible for Invisalign, our dentist will begin customizing a fitting for you. Our dentist will create comprehensive 3D digital images to show you your problem areas and discuss what Invisalign can do for you. The images from our iTero digital scanning system will give you virtual results by showing you the exact movements your teeth need to make, along with the outcome.

About Invisalign

Invisalign is not only convenient because of its transparency but also because it is safe to use. They are made of a BPA-free, SmartTrack material, meaning the aligners do not contain the toxins many plastic components transmit. These aligners can be removed easily, making them easy to clean and to put back in your mouth.

Your Invisalign Treatment

Although Invisalign aligners are removable, our dentist will recommend wearing them most of the day and night. Additionally, your Invisalign aligners could be replaced by our dentist weekly or twice per month, depending on your specific case. The treatment could be delayed if you regularly remove you aligners or forget to reinsert them. For optimal results, it’s essential that you follow our dentist’s recommendations and instructions on how to use Invisalign.

Our dentist will give you useful instructions on how to clean and take proper care of your aligners. After eating, be sure to brush your teeth, along with the aligners, before inserting them. This will reduce bacteria's ability to grow on the aligners. After you have completed your Invisalign treatment, our dentist will most likely recommend wearing a retainer because it keep your teeth in their new position.
